Stephen Donovan
Stephen Donovan, the Greater Boston Funny 4 Funds Branch Manager, is uniquely qualified to make your fundraiser a success.
As a morning radio host for 18 years, he worked with countless charity events, including the Heart Ball (American Heart Association), Radiothon (Hasbro Children’s Hospital), and the Relay for Life (the American Cancer Society), just to name a few.
As a standup comedian, he has been a fixture at such varied clubs as NYC’s Comic Strip, the Black Comedy Explosion and many more nation-wide since the start of his career over 25 years ago.
As an entertainer, he’s been a 2-time Emmy-nominated game show host (NESN’s “Batter’s Box), the lead in America’s longest-running play (“Shear Madness” in Boston’s theater district) and was cited by a former Market Manager as “the best talent I’ve ever seen work a crowd.”
His proudest accomplishment, however, would have to be being named the 2024 “Volunteer of the Year” by Friend’s Way, the only child bereavement center in Rhode Island.
